Good morning:

After having slept a night with a very pregnant doggie that wants affection and love beyond measure, I'm whipped. She is so needy it is unreal. I had no idea this would put her into such a place. Not only is she getting physically bigger but her need for love and affection is endless.

She is nesting around the house. She prefers under the beds.....and especially mine. I will have to really keep and eye on her when her due date gets closer as she will choose a spot to have the babies and under my bed is NOT an option. Oh what a mess that would be.

We have a great whelping box and all the things to go with it. Will have to set it up the week before and get her used to going in it. Maybe she'll get the message by then.

Hopefully I can download a couple of pix to document this journey as we get closer and closer to that special day.

As you can see from the previous post I have not been committed to this since I created the blog. However, with the impending whelping of Bailey's 5 or more puppies, I will start back up and keep this going. This is a good way of keeping everyone who is interested, in the loop!

Really red.....

I picked up a box of hair dye at Walmart the other day.....it looked burgundy...pretty close to what I've been using. Lisa said it was winter and I should go darker than the washed out coppery color that was on my hair. Okay, so what could be the difference since they didn't have my hair color on the shelf? Lots! Just ask Aubrey when she saw my hair and said, "Nana, your hair is purple." No kidding girly girl. As I've always said, it's just hair and it will grow out, get cut off and redyed with the next 6 weeks.

We went yesterday, December 13th, to Lake Hollingsworth, right across from Florida Southern College, to do family pictures. We all dressed in jeans and white shirts. It was a lot of fun and we each got a chance to take some pix. It all turned out really good. I wished Amy was with us since we're not complete without her.

Spent the weekend in Lakeland and had a great time. Friday night I babysat and took the kids to Pizza Hut. It was okay and they were happy. They are such great kids and I love them with all my heart.

Saturday Aubrey had her last soccer game and they WON so that meant they came in 2nd place in the county in their division...........and they all got medals. My goodness were they happy. All the parents/grandparents were jumping up and down too. It seems each girl put her best effort into it and each one had a shining moment for themselves. It was AWESOME!

Life is good and I have a very good life. Good night.
